Summer Vines – An event created to take wine lovers/enthusiasts on a journey through some of Western Cape’s hidden gems, fan favourites, and much loved wine farms.
We have hand selected each Wine Farm and hope that you will accept our invitation to be a part of the Summer Vines event. The stand layout will be done by wine region, with local food (bread, cheese, preserves) will be placed in between.

event itinerary:
11 AM to 4 PM: Wine Tastings
4 PM to 7 PM: Vendor Sales
From 11 AM to 4 PM, each wine farm will offer tastings, with one tasting per person per SKU. Event attendees will receive a map, and vendors will be provided with stickers to mark completed tastings on the map.
From 4 PM to 8 PM, vendors can sell wine by the glass (a glass is provided to each attendee) or by the bottle. Guests can enjoy live music, delicious food, and a relaxed atmosphere, creating the perfect opportunity to mingle and savor the afternoon.

Your brand and Wines have been carefully selected by our team as a preferred supplier/vendor. Space, however, is limited to the vendors mentioned above and we will operate on a first come first serve basis. Please fill the docs in as soon as possible and send them back to us.
All Completed vendor applications forms need to be returned to us by no later than the 20th of January 2025. Once received we send a confirmation email and a link for payment. Please do not make payment before you receive this email.

- Standard Stand- 2.5m x 2.5m: R2500: Which includes a turn key solution. - serving bar counter, water jug, 2 x bags of ice, 4 x glasses and 4 x wrist bands for staff.
- Basic Stand - 2.5m x 2.5m: R1500: A more affordable option that gives the vendors the opportunity to bring their own furniture, decor and internal branding, water jug, 2x bags of ice, 4x glasses and 2 x wrist bands for staff.
Please note all event goers will receive their own branded stemless glass on arrival.
Each vendor will be responsible for their tasting stock and the number of varietals available to taste will be at your discretion, however we ask that a minimum of two be available.
All sales made during the event by you, the vendor, will be entirely yours to keep.
